Description
This beautiful detached villa with a large garden is located in Gemmano near Rimini and Riccione. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside but are only a few minutes walk from the centre of the village. There is a beautiful garden with plenty of shade and a terrace with a large dining table, accessible from the kitchen, where you can eat together outdoors. At the back of the villa, there is a beautiful, well-maintained lawn with a wonderful view of the valley, the Adriatic coast, and the sea. There is also a hot tub and a private (heated) pool with sunbeds. This house is ideal for a vacation with family.
The beautiful green hilly landscape offers many excursion possibilities to the many beautiful medieval villages in the immediate vicinity, such as Montefiore Conca, Saludecio, and Mondaino. The beach is also within easy reach.
The spacious villa has nice big bedrooms with large windows that let a lot of light into the rooms. The villa is equipped with all amenities, such as Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer.
Please note that the current subscription to the internet is 30 Mbps Download and 3 Mbps Upload. Additionally, the heating of the is not normally standard supplied in July and August unless specifically requested.

Beautiful villa with a fantastic view, We spent evenings on the terrace enjoying the sunset, The only downside was the heating situation, but it was manageable,
Villa Conforto was perfect for our family! The kids loved the lawn for playing, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, It was a bit far from the beach, but still worth it,
Villa Conforto offered the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, We explored the medieval villages nearby and came back to unwind in the hot tub, Highly recommend for families!
The villa was spacious and nicely equipped, We had everything we needed for a family getaway, The kids enjoyed the pool and the nearby attractions like Aquafan and the aquarium,

Cette villa a dépassé nos attentes! Chambres spacieuses, un joli jardin et un excellent jacuzzi, Parfait pour notre réunion de famille, Nous planifions déjà notre prochaine visite!
