Family-friendly holiday residence with comfortable furnishings (842 m above sea level). Villa Constanze has three spacious apartments with a balcony or terrace. The town center with numerous shops and restaurants is quickly reached and the Amade thermal baths are just 5 minutes away by car. An ideal holiday home for up to 20 people: arrive and feel good!
The in-house wellness area is open from October to April.

In the Zauchbach Kraxl Wasser-Gaudi forest high ropes course, very special challenges await you: test your courage and skill, enjoy unusual views or devote yourself to fun games and tasks with your children. In addition to climbing, there are numerous well-signposted cycle paths and Nordic walking routes as well as over 20 different hiking routes, which have something to offer for everyone, from easy to challenging. The Altenmarkt-Zauchensee and Salzburger Land Card guest cards offer you numerous inclusive services and discounts for admission to castles, palaces, exhibitions, mountain railways and swimming pools

The only point of criticism: crockery equipment was a bit minimalist,
Have been to Villa Constanze for the 4th time, super satisfied, everything very well maintained,
Very nice house, but the bedrooms are so delivered
The facility is great: very well maintained and clean, located in a quiet residential area, we have been here twice and will be back,
The equipment was great, we even had a grill and 4 bicycles available free of charge,
Great house, we stayed on the top floor. Lots of sloping sides and often bumped heads. We booked this house because of the hot tub. Well that wasn't right. The owner said the hot tub was for the winter period, but it was now also broken. This was a shame because we were looking forward to it. (Please take the following guests into account) You can sit in the sun on the balcony from morning to evening, but it is only suitable for 2 people. There were also only 2 chairs on the balcony.
