This fully equipped holiday home is equipped with every comfort. Enjoy an aperitif on 1 of the 3 terraces with a view of the valley and the city of Limoux, which is 1.5 km from the house. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
An excellent bakery is located 1.1 km from the house and you can get fresh bread rolls for breakfast. The sea is about a 50 minute drive away, at Gruissan/Narbonne. The ski slopes of Font Romeu and the Pyrenees are also a 1 hour drive from the holiday villa.
Everything in the house is on the ground floor and the private swimming pool was newly installed in 2023. In addition to three comfortable bedrooms, there is a studio with space for 1 person, accessible from the outside.
Carcassonne Airport is 25 km from the holiday home. RyanAir flies from Charleroi to both airports several times a week.

The house is decorated tastefully and well equipped with everything you need, e.g. vacuum cleaner, iron+board, kitchen with all necessities (lots of pots and pans, coffee machine, oven, microwave, herbs, salt and pepper, etc). The beds are good as well as the other furniture. No clutter, only a few ornaments and nice paintings. Lots of good books available in various languages and different categories. A warned swimming pool, deck chairs and veranda with big table and a beautiful view complete everything. Quiet surroundings. The owner is very willing to help via email or phone, the housekeeper leaves her number if needed. No complaints since we have been here a week. Big recommendation for this house!
Geweldig landgoed met uitzicht op Limoux! Zeer ruim en brandschoon, het verwarmde zwembad is geweldig! Ook uitstekende WIFI!
We hadden een geweldige tijd in deze villa! De drie terrassen waren een grote plus, en we genoten van onze avonden met een glas wijn met uitzicht op de vallei, De bakker om de hoek was een redder in nood voor verse broodjes in de ochtend
Perfect voor onze familie reünie! De indeling was geweldig voor sociale interactie, en de buitenruimte was uitnodigend, We genoten van het verkennen van nabijgelegen attracties, en het verse brood van de lokale bakker was een leuke bonus
Absoluut genoten van het zwembad! De plek was schoon en gezellig, perfect voor een gezinsuitje
Een zeer ontspannen uitje, Het huis was uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden, We waardeerden de gratis parkeergelegenheid en internet, wat ons verblijf probleemloos maakte, Limoux is een charmante stad met veel te ontdekken
