For outdoor relaxation, guests can enjoy a 38 square meter heated swimming pool, a sun deck with loungers, and a roofed terrace with garden furniture and a dining table, ideal for alfresco meals.
Located just a short drive from Raša and Labin, the villa is perfectly situated for exploring the region. Labin, a medieval town rich in history, culture, and art galleries, is renowned for its mining heritage. The nearby Underground City project offers a fascinating look at old mines turned into galleries and museums. Rabac, just 3 km away, offers beautiful beaches and a scenic hiking trail connecting it to Labin, which runs through a forest and past a waterfall, making it an excellent choice for nature lovers.
The villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking. A damage deposit of 500 EUR is required upon arrival, refundable at check-out, provided no damages occur. The property is family-oriented and not suitable for youth groups or parties. Additionally, a heated pool can be requested for an extra fee of 20 EUR per night.

Ruim en schoon, deze villa was perfect voor onze groep van vijf. We hadden voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen en de keuken was goed uitgerust om onze maaltijden te bereiden. De nabijgelegen pizzeria was ook een genot!
We hebben hier een heerlijke tijd gehad. De rustige omgeving maakte het een vredig toevluchtsoord en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was adembenemend. Het enige nadeel was de vereiste borg voor schade, maar deze werd bij het uitchecken snel terugbetaald.
Alles was heerlijk! De villa was schoon en de gastheren waren erg gastvrij, We hadden tijdens ons verblijf geen problemen en de locatie stelde ons in staat om nabijgelegen steden gemakkelijk te verkennen, Zou zeker terugkomen!
De faciliteiten waren geweldig, vooral het verwarmde zwembad! Het maakte onze avonden zo comfortabel. De inrichting van de villa was modern, maar toch comfortabel. We voelden ons er thuis.

Fantastisch verblijf! Schoon en comfortabel, genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Het enige probleem was dat we extra moesten betalen voor het verwarmde zwembad, maar dat was het waard. Perfect voor gezinnen, maar niet echt een feestlocatie. Gewoon een fijne, rustige ontsnapping.
