You have 2 golf clubs at 7 km and 30 km distance. Sea lies 14 km away. Tasty food can be had from restaurants at 600 m and 1.6 km. General supplies lie 1 km away. It is also interesting to know that there are three golf centres nearby. From the villa in Verucchio it is 9 km, from the villa to San Giovanni in Marignano it's around 30 km, from the villa to Milano Marittima it's around 35 km, so in a few minutes by car you can reach the various golf courses.
There is a TV, fireplace and computer game in the living room to enjoy and the barbecue is relaxing as well.
You can reach the motorway at 10 km.

great ... the villa is a bit hidden, Giandomenico and his wife received us warmly (as always) - as a gift we received fresh fruits, wine, prosecco and cheese etc. The property is ideal for guests with dogs, because it is completely fenced - we keep coming back !!!!
We were greeted by the landlord again super warm and spoiled as every year with several delicacies. The landlord is always available. Very nice villa in a quiet area. Pure relaxation. Ideal for dog owners, as the large property is fenced. In the vicinity there are several restaurants where you can eat excellentWir come back ...
The house is very spacious and is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which houses rabbits, pheasants and many other birds. The privacy that you have in the house is fantastic and the house is in an interesting environment, with the beach and beautiful places at a comfortable distance. The WiFi in the house is very good. In short, a house with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, that potential is not realized because the interior of the house and the bathroom are very dated. The upstairs shower is practically unusable. The kitchen is awkwardly laid out (a decent kitchen sink is missing). We also found the house not clean on arrival. Moreover, the house was full of Asian bugs, which had been drawn from the surrounding pine trees in the house. Probably a known problem, but nevertheless the bugs were present in large numbers in all rooms upon our arrival. Finally, a major problem was that it was unexpectedly cold during our stay and that we were unable to use the existing CV. Note the garden is very beautiful and large, but you always hear the sound of a nearby road and there is a high voltage pylon in it. The latter did not bother us, but perhaps another. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, but the downsides of the house did not do our holiday well.

The environment is very beautiful. The Villa has a beautiful location. Small minus / point of attention the bathroom is dated.
