Description
This villa is an elegant property located in Trappeto, a lovely seaside town overlooking the charming Castellammare’s Gulf.
The villa extends over one floor. You enter the living area consisting of a large and bright living room, modernly furnished and overlooking the terrace and the private pool. The living area comprises a fully equipped and cheerful kitchen.
The sleeping area is made up of four bedrooms: three double bedroom and one with two single beds. Three of them have private bathrooms with shower. A common bathroom with shower is at guests’ disposal. All the rooms are equipped with AC.
The outdoors, adorned with a tended garden and Typical Mediterranean plants, consist of a solarium area with private pool, barbecue and outdoor shower.
A large veranda, facing the pool, is the ideal spot for nice and tasty en plein air meals and for enjoying a stunning view of the sorrounding countryside.
The house is only one km away from the beach and the city centre and about 30 km from Palermo.
Note: The municipality of Trappeto has introduced a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per day for a maximum of 6 days. Minors up to the age of twelve and elderly people over their seventy-fifth birthday are exempted.
If guests do not properly separate the garbage and do not take it to the ecological oasis near the villa, they will pay a penalty of €50.00 on site.

Wat een parel! De villa heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf, De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en responsief, We hielden van het verkennen van nabijgelegen Segesta Tempio, dat slechts een korte rit verderop is, Zou het zeker aan vrienden aanbevelen!
Al met al, een goede ervaring, De locatie was geweldig voor het bezoeken van zowel het strand als lokale attracties, De villa zelf was schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden, Zou het aanbevelen voor een gezinsvakantie!
Geweldige locatie! Het was slechts ongeveer een kilometer van Ciammarita Beach, wat het gemakkelijk maakte om van de zon en het zand te genieten, De nabijgelegen restaurants waren ook uitstekend, vooral Pam Pam Ristorante Pizzeria voor een casual diner
Spacious rooms, comfy beds, and amazing kitchen, Perfect spot for a friend group trip, Also, the location is clutch for beach days and exploring Trappeto, Just don’t forget to separate the trash, lol
The villa is beautifully furnished and very spacious, Each bedroom felt like a retreat, especially with the private bathrooms, We appreciated the air conditioning during the hot days, Overall, a fantastic place to unwind and relax
