Villa Fairmont is only 5 kilometers from the beautiful sandy Arenal beach with a beautiful boulevard and nice terraces, lounge areas and restaurants. Through an entrance gate you enter the spacious parking lot of the site. The main entrance of the villa can be reached from here. From the swimming pool you have a magnificent view of the Montgó mountain, a piece of pure nature of 753 meters high. The glow at sunrise and sunset is breathtaking. In the garden there is also a covered patio and a petanque court with all the necessary equipment.

On the first floor is the living/dining room and on the right the separate large kitchen. Additional storage space can be found in the pantry. The living room is modern and attractively furnished with a comfortable sitting area, television with international channels and a Netflix connection. On the other side is the dining area with an extendable table. Through the sliding doors you enter the covered terrace (naya) with a beautiful lounge area and a small dining area. Once outside you can enjoy a unique view from the terrace. There is space for 5 vehicles on the property. The separate modern kitchen has all the necessary facilities including a coffee maker, Nespresso, dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. The pantry provides a washing and drying machine and an extra refrigerator. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating for winter. Wi-Fi is also available.
