Close the beach, this is a luxurious 5-bedroom villa in Barchi. You have a private swimming pool surrounded by a decked terrace to enjoy here. It is perfect for a break from the traffic and stress of daily life with up to 10 people, be it a family or a group.
The villa rests at a walking distance from the restaurants and public transport. To buy groceries, you have to go 3 km. You can visit the Cattolica beach with its nice beach bars, to enjoy music, good food, and the sea. For cultural exploration, the cities of Urbino at 16 km and Pesaro at 23 km are well worth a visit.
The villa has an open kitchen to prepare meals of your choice. On the terrace, you can enjoy barbecue evenings while music plays in the background. There is an outside shower to wash up after swimming. You can go for walks after meals in the shared garden or play ball games. You can request for a cot and a high chair for free here. Parking is available.
The owner also organizes wine tours with tastings at the best wineries in the area, with a driver accompanying the group.

Very nice and stylishly furnished house with a very large and well-equipped kitchen. Each room had its own bathroom with toilet. The rooms are very tastefully furnished with large beds. Very friendly and hard-working landlord. Overall, a very spacious and beautiful holiday home for up to nine people. We felt very comfortable.

Great house in the middle of vineyards as one imagines Italy, away from noise and trouble. The house itself has a wonderful pool, ideal for children. It has a professional kitchen because it was supposed to be a restaurant one day, nothing is missing here. There is a direct supply of wine through the owners, as they own a Fiorini winery and sell the wine in Barchi. There are beaches in Fano (stone beach) and in Senigallia (sandy beach), both about 30-40 minutes drive away. A really nice vacation !!
Although we experienced some difficulties with Belvilla during the Covid opening (unfriendly, difficult to reach, no money back), we have been helped a lot better this time. Both information via the chat (only English support) and about the house were in order. About Villa Fiorini, super beautiful house located in the peaceful mountains of Marche, Italy. We had booked the house to enjoy our own Corona bubble and were therefore in this unknown region. This made it even quieter in the area than in Tuscany, for example. The house is located between vineyards and olive trees on a quiet road. There are 4 rooms with double beds and a small (children's) room. With folding beds you can stay in the house with 10 people. In the summer period you really only use the space around the pool and under the roof of the outbuilding. The house is spacious and fully equipped, and if you like, you can go crazy in the professional kitchen. Fiorini is part of a winery which can be found in the village. The contact persons are super friendly and speak good English, recommended to do a wine tasting here.
I never received the confirmation of the booking until I made a detailed call to the Belvilla helpdesk just before departure. After some searching - thank you - we found the booking in the system and set course for the beautiful holiday home in Barchi. However, the key handover from the home owner could not take place because it was not on site. Here too the booking turned out not to have gone through properly, so we had to spend the first night in a hotel. Something that we did not intend to do with Corona in mind. It also forced us to eat out. The home owner quickly arranged the hotel and the next day we could enter the (cleaned) house, but this is not what you hope to find in a holiday home.
A beautiful, quiet house in the middle of the vineyards. Superior standard with many extras. Very friendly owners with excellent wines. To welcome own wine, olive oil and fruit. Highly recommended
