Villa Flavius is a beautiful orange house consisting of two flats surrounded by olive and hazelnut trees near the Bracciano lake. The villa is located on an estate of about 80 hectares and is part of a farm. At the front of the house there is a terrace and a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. Enjoy the shade of the trees with a book and enjoy the peace and privacy. The flowers and plants in the garden around the villa are beautiful.

House is generous and is together with one other house on a huge terrain of 800.000m2. This area is used for agricultural purposes such as olive growing, hazelnut cultivation and chestnut cultivation. The pool is fine and is cleaned every day only needs to be shared with the residents of the other house. In addition, there are very few beds for the maximum of 18 people that can be present in the two houses. House is generous but very simple furnished as usual at this price level in Italy. Our dishwasher was broken and those of our friends who together with us in the house were too. We quickly got a new dishwasher installed, our friends did not. In contrast to what we expected there was a washing machine with us that we could share with our friends. In our eyes there was only one real disadvantage to our house and that was the noise pollution. The distance from our gate (with remote control) to our house was about 150 meters, but after 50 meters you did drive under a railway viaduct first! From 05.30 in the morning there was 1 or 2 trains every hour and that was really annoying although one of course had more problems than the other. It did not ruin our holiday or something, but it would be the only reason why we probably would not go here again. The environment is beautiful. It is not as beautiful as Tuscany (and perhaps therefore a lot less touristy, we were about the only foreigners in the wide area) but beautiful. Outside Rome, especially the villages are less special than in Tuscany. The beach can be reached within half an hour and is easily accessible at Castello Santa Severa, and concerns both a public and private beach. Lake Bracciano is nice but not spectacular.
Much land and green around the house. Warm welcome by Florencia and very nice that bread, marmalade and olive oil from our own soil was ready for us. Very spacious house, perfectly drill us with 2 families. Well maintained swimming pool.

Geweldige villa voor een grotere groep! We waren met z'n 12'en en hadden meer dan genoeg ruimte, De rustieke charme van de plek is echt leuk, en de tuin is prachtig, De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam, Het enige nadeel was dat de verwarming even op zich liet wachten, maar ze losten het snel op, Zou zeker overwegen om terug te komen voor een andere familietrip
We verbleven een week in Villa Flavia en eerlijk gezegd, het was precies wat we nodig hadden, De plek was super schoon en ruim, perfect voor onze grote familie, De kinderen hadden veel plezier in het zwembad terwijl wij ontspanden onder de olijfbomen, Plus, de locatie is geweldig om de nabijgelegen steden te verkennen, Even een waarschuwing, het kan 's nachts een beetje fris worden, dus neem een trui mee!
