This beautiful detached house with large private swimming pool is located on Marche region green hills, just 5 km from Tavullia and 12 km from the beaches of Pesaro, Cattolica and Gabicce; ideal destination for families and groups of friends who love to spend a relaxing and fun holiday in total safety surrounded by a magical atmosphere!
The outdoor area of 7000 square meters, entirely fenced, is much appreciated by the whole family, including your 4-legged friend. The pool area, totally fenced, is equipped with numerous umbrellas, sun loungers and armchairs, volleyball net for water games and water polo goals, surrounded by a beautiful panoramic view. Everyone can spend days of real fun playing in the 5-a-side football field (lit), a ping-pong table, table football, a basket for basketball or billiards like true professionals. You can also find fitness equipment in the garden!
The little ones will be welcomed by a fun play area, which also includes a beautiful swing. In the garden there is a large and welcoming gazebo shaded by elms and cypresses, where you can enjoy your dishes, sip your drink, use the machine that makes ice and chops it. You will also have at your disposal the barbecue area for your grilling, enriched with stove and sink for cooking outdoors.
The house, on two levels, is composed on the ground floor of two bright kitchens and a large dining room, from which you will have access to the large canopy, an ideal corner for your outdoor dining. You will find 2 spacious living rooms, with satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms and one with a French bed, 2 bathrooms, one of which is suitable for people with disabilities. On the first floor there are 6 spacious and welcoming rooms with a view of the surrounding landscape and 3 bathrooms.
Lovers of history and culture can visit the historic city of Urbino (30 km), the Republic of San Marino (50 km), the Gradara Castle (7 km). Do not miss the opportunity to visit the most famous amusement parks: Aquafan water park in Riccione, Italy in miniature in Rimini, Aquarium in Cattolica, Mirabilandia in Ravenna etc. In San Giovanni in Marignano (13 km) there is the well-known golf course an 18 hole course. In the vicinity of the villa, there are equestrian centers.
The owners are pleased to offer guests a "pizza evening" prepared by them and cooked in a wood oven.
