Durbuy's charm is all around this villa. My family enjoyed our time together at the large dining table and made good memories.

Spacious rooms made it feel like home.

I had everything I needed for my business trip here. The WiFi worked great, making work much easier.

The villa is well-equipped and comfortable. I appreciated the easy access to local shops and restaurants.

Poor cleaning and no refund of deposit. But otherwise a very nice house!

Nice house with good facilities!

Not luxurious at all. Only 1 towel and bath towel for the entire week. Kitchen linen 1 tea towel. Dining room chairs broken or sagging. Sofa downstairs awful. Can't just sit. Exterior walls are crumbling. Fully heated outdoor barbecue. Wifi was out for a few days. Curtains with rails fell off the wall. Exterior doors unusable 1 did not close properly. Worthless view of the high wall of the tennis hall. Poorly maintained house. Filthy; whole house full of vermin; silverfish everywhere and especially in 2 bedrooms. This house needs to be thoroughly renovated.

It can be said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with this holiday. Definitely worth repeating. Everything is clean and it's exactly as we expected. It is useful to contact the owner in advance. We only did that when we were standing in front of the house and then we had to wait a while.

House not well equipped (no salt/pepper, wine glasses, toilet paper, etc.) this seems to us to be the basis.

Not everything was equally clean, but the house had everything we needed. It was only annoying that we were not aware that there were road works and the street was closed. Fortunately, the location was very close to Durbuy and therefore a perfect base. Communication with the owner was good. Despite a few hiccups, we still had a nice weekend in the Belgian Ardennes.

Nice big house, with 5 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so that everyone, including our 3-year-old son, had enough space and privacy. The facilities both inside and outside are superb in the large garden/playroom. There is also plenty in terms of facilities. There was only some confusion about separating the waste, and we had no toilet / flushing water the first evening, this apparently comes from rainwater and that barrel was empty .... fortunately quickly resolved the next morning.

Nice house close to Durbuy. There are some things that need maintenance, such as the jacuzzi and games in the garage. We had a nice stay

The house itself is beautiful and spacious. There is more than enough of everything. But everything is dirty. We had to vacuum and put the dishes in the dishwasher before we could use them. Furthermore, the house needs a thorough renovation. The view is gone because a sports hall has been placed right behind the garden.

Well located house, nice spacious rooms with very good beds. We enjoyed our family weekend partly because the weather was beautiful and we were able to eat a lot outside because the lounge and dining room is not spacious enough for 10 people. Jacuzzi was dirty !

We stayed in the cottage for two weeks with 7 people. Below is an overview of the pros and cons experienced by us; Pros:- There were bigger rooms than expected; in the photos everything seemed smaller in our opinion. - The kitchen also has a lot of work space for cooking together, which is nice with a large group of 7-10 people. There are several ovens and 5 burners that provide enough space. There is also plenty of cutlery and kitchen utensils. Negatives: - General hygiene not in order: not everything clean and in particular the jacuzzi and dishwasher were very dirty. The floor also stuck on arrival and the dryer was slightly dirty. - Jacuzzi: we have partly cleaned it, but there seems to be no possibility (tap/garden hose) to change the water. - Dishwasher: it worked poorly because it was clogged with dirt. We took care of it ourselves with HG and it is now back usable.-The showers do not work properly (little water and lukewarm).The shower at the sauna does not remain upright and can therefore not be used.-One bedroom (above the living room) is very noisy due to the stove pipe from the living room through this bedroom lo opt. - The windows on the ground floor were very bad because of the hinges and locks that do not function properly. As a result, not all windows can be opened and/or closed.

We had a very nice week. The house is beautiful and clean. Everything was there that needed to be, in large quantities. The hostess was super friendly .. The sauna and jacuzzi are indeed a bit outdated. The game room was also a winner for both young and old. Overall, we enjoyed it and definitely want to come back.

Very nice house, everything clean with high-quality furnishings and small defects. Yes the one patio door is stuck, however there are 6 doors so it's not like that's really limiting. Yes the jacuzzi isn't the newest but if you know how it works. Unfortunately, the play equipment in the garage was not treated with care by the guests and you can see and tell that from them. Very nice owners, who were always available by phone and gave us an introduction to the function of the sauna and the whirlpool on the day of arrival. The house is located above Durbuy which can be reached on foot in about 15 - 20 minutes. The area offers many outdoor activities, so if you want to go hiking, cycling, climbing or canoeing, you are in good hands here with a good location in a great house. Without the small flaws, the accommodation would have earned 5 stars, so it's still a good 4 stars. We liked it very much and we would come again.

A very nice house in a great location. But… the house was dirty, not or badly cleaned. The sauna is not working, the jacuzzi was turned on with the help of the homeowner. Who we HAD to contact daily by the way !!! maintained because of all kinds of defects in the house. All small things because of overdue maintenance. But the most annoying thing was the broken boiler, really cold showers every day !!! And the problem was not solved. Lots of sweet talk and few actions. And note, a sports hall is being built behind the house. And this construction is in full swing. Not in the photos!

14 days before our arrival they had started to build a tennis hall right behind the garden of the holiday home. They worked all week long with forklifts, height cranes, drilling and grinding. Fun is different.

House was ok, just a shame about the jacuzzi that just did not get warmed up. So couldn't use it.

Nice and big house. House was clean. Kitchen was in order and stove did its service. There was only an unpleasant smell, but it came from outside. Sauna and Jacuzzi working. We brought our own games and that was good too. Billiard table is outdated and several balls were missing. Also only 1 ball to play table football. After a goal was scored, it remained in the table. Worn darts and other games. Only the ping pong table was in order, but the bats need to be replaced. Also had a nice weekend.

Clean house, helpful hostess, good location!

Day after arrival we got an email that the jacuzzi was not working. It seems very strong that this was not known beforehand. In addition, it stank enormously in the room where, among other things, the pool table is located. This smell did not go away. Not even after a night with open windows. Finally, the sauna didn't seem to work either. This was impossible to aan.Het house was otherwise just fine. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the fact that we chose a house with a sauna, jacuzzi and play area, but we couldn't use any of them.

First impression is good. Large cozy house, plenty of space and equipped with all the necessary things. Location ideal for visiting Durbuy, for example. However, several details deserve urgent attention. Odor nuisance when entering the house. (Comes from the bathrooms -- really not acceptable), Number of things broken in the kitchen (oven), sliding window off the hook and can no longer be operated. Crooked inner door, poorly working shower faucets, Error to jacuzzi ... so house can really be great but needs maintenance. These items should still be in order for an exclusive Belvilla stay.

It was our second time that we came back to this house. With a lot of expectations we went into the weekend. We quickly came to the conclusion that everything was tired. Play zone where the ping pallets were not complete and one half was already broken. All but 2 darts were broken with still blunt arrows. Shower heads that are full of lime and do not work properly. In short, a completely different experience than in 2018 :(Finally, it would have been a potential winner if it had been better maintained. Too bad, but we won't be coming back here.

House itself fine. Good beds, good inventory. Nicely laid out. Service from landlord bad. Jacuzzi and sauna have both done 1 moment, rest of the days can not use. Contacted several times or sent an app, but nothing was done. Saying that someone will come by which then didn't happen. From that moment on, no longer reachable. Furthermore, no welcome, get the key from the key box and have fun with it. No folder available with information about the house / environment. Games in the garage fun, but pool table creaky, dart board old with arrows with crooked or broken points. For the money you pay, I think the stuff they have should work properly. Especially the sauna and jacuzzi, which made us want to rent this house.

Beautiful house, the contacts were very difficult to reach - we had specific questions about what was present in the house (bath towels). It would be useful if a manual for the devices were available. Then we wouldn't have had to phone for the sauna and we wouldn't have had to search to get the oven on. The hood was deafening. The house was very clean. Perhaps also list where, for example, the nearest bakery is. As far as the waste is concerned, we had no idea what to do with it (we even borrowed a garbage bag from the neighbors. In short, put clear instructions and manual in the house

House was very beautiful! Was clean when we arrived and quite spacious. The location is beautiful and very quiet. The kitchen was incredibly spacious, and the game facilities were fantastic. The bubble bath was also well received by everyone! There were some things that were missing. There were no tea towels, washing brush, or other wipes to keep the kitchen clean, so we had to get them ourselves. Unfortunately there were also problems with the sauna, which was only solved on the last day of stay so that was a shame. Finally, nothing was known about leaving. The cottage had no dumpster so we didn't know what to do with the trash. Very late in the evening before departure we were not told what to do with the check-out. It may sound like a lot, but apart from these minor points the rest of the holiday was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Beautiful house fully equipped and top location within walking distance via forest path from the center of Durbuy.

In itself a beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. But the house needs urgent maintenance. It starts with the front door, where you have the door handle in your hand. This continues through the house, almost all doors and windows have some kind of defect. Unfortunately, the playground equipment does not work either, the air hockey has too little air pressure and is therefore unusable. The billiard table has a lot of holes, the table football is usable but could use other handles. Unfortunately, there wasn't a single healthy arrow for darts, at these prices it should be replaced regularly. Unfortunately, the sauna doesn't get really hot and the whirlpool wasn't very clean either, although an e-mail asked in advance to change the water. The dishwasher unfortunately does not clean the dishes and the dishes in the cupboards were mostly dirty. In addition, the tea towels marked as available were not there, as we hadn't taken them with us, we then had to buy them. It is not surprising that the keys were not handed over personally, presumably they did not want to explain the broken devices personally. On the positive side, the size of the house and the garden, as well as the location. You can go on beautiful hikes and Durbuy can also be reached quickly on foot. Unfortunately, the photos create an expectation. which the house cannot meet, so the disappointment is great. With a little more care, the property could be significantly upgraded.

Had a great experience in this beautiful house. The jacuzzi was not cleaned very well before arrival, but after a message they immediately came to solve this. The sauna did not work at first, this was also quickly resolved and we were allowed to serve later as compensation. So super nice landlords, totally great! Furthermore, it is a beautiful house, good location, nice beds, etc. Recommended !!

Only 1 dart present, air hockey barely works, no hot water in one of the bathrooms ... Villa has beautiful areas but some things no longer work properly. Rent too high for what is offered.

Let me start with the fact that we had a great time in this luxury house. I would certainly recommend this to large groups, and it is also very suitable for families. What we found less (especially considering the price) is that the maintenance was poor, the communication in advance very poor and that basic necessities were not there on arrival. For maintenance Doors that don't work, central heating that fails, and a hot tub that you don't dare sit in with daylight. The house feels lived. Communication sent multiple requests via mail and telephone. Both the owner of the house and the organization Ardennes relay was very poor in responding to questions. A day in advance I finally received an answer about asking for a disabled family member, this was very disappointing (and very annoying because of last minute arranging extra resources). Basic necessities There was literally nothing in the house. No dishcloths, garbage bags, dishwashing cubes or toilet paper! It seems to me a small effort to take care of this. What was good The space was very large and suitable for a large group of people, very cozy place and a fantastic kitchen. The beds are comfortable and nice that everything is made up. Nice arcade room and cool poker room. The area is very beautiful and there is an outdoor organization around the corner (adventure valley). A walk to the center of Durbuy is highly recommended. We experienced the help at the moment that something is wrong as direct and quick, too bad we needed it.

Well taken care of. Wifi works poorly. Many cases closed in Durbuy. e.e.a. obviously has to do with the time of the year. Enough entertainment for children in and around the house.

It was really a beautiful house! Very atmospheric, very complete with all the trimmings. Nothing was missing in the kitchen in particular. we had super nice weather so actually lived a lot outside. Did not use the sauna, it was too hot for that, but it was the jacuzzi. The only drawback was that you can only sit in it with 3 people. We also walked a few times to Durbuy, what a beautiful place and very nice route to walk there. With about 10 minutes you are in the village. We also used the zip line and kayaked nearby in the advanture parc. All in all a very nice week. Highly recommended.

We were well received by the owner who gave us the necessary explanation. Inside and outside the house everything is available to make it a beautiful holiday. It is fully equipped and is beautifully situated within walking distance of the center of Durbuy.

Had a great weekend in fantastic house with all possibilities. Due to the storm wind on Sunday 3 hours without electricity in all of Durbuy, and then we lit the bbq. Great !!

Nice, cozy, quiet gelegen.Garage was top equipped as a game room ping-pong table, kicker table, air hockey and pooltafel.Spijtig that the cues for the pool table were not usable were missing pomeransen.We have our very super amused and competitions organized.

We were 10 men and we did not fall short.Comfort, luxury and relaxation were the big advantages of this luxury villa. Also the location within walking distance of Durbuy and Christmas market were a plus.Next year we are looking for the same but do not think that this holiday can be surpassed.

Beautiful villa in a nice environment. Beautiful decor and fine amenities such as a sauna and jacuzzi. Also the jeu de boules court and the table tennis table were plus points. Minus for us was the cat who apparently feels very much at home in this house. In the evening someone was terrified when it turned out to be on the bed, apparently sneaked in. Several people in our party were allergic to cats so was not appreciated.

Stay was very pleasant. House is very spacious and cozy. In the kitchen all facilities and more were present.

Very much enjoyed a weekend away with our family. There were many facilities available and despite the bad weather we have perfectly entertained. The jacuzzi, sauna and game room are optimally used! In addition, Durbuy is an authentic town and it is very nice to explore the surroundings of Durbuy. All in all, we had a great weekend!

Great location for a beautiful house. Cozy furnishings. Somewhat less suitable for someone who has difficulty walking since on entering a staircase of 4 steps to be taken. Very cozy house. Kitchen very complete, sure enough material. Good welcome. Well located for excursions. Nice games like air hockey, ping-pong table, darts, table football, billiards, poker table. Excellent jacuzzi and sauna. Everything brand new. Good layout for multiple people. Beautiful terraces. We definitely need to test the BBQ next time. Kitchen was nice to cook with a real gas cooker, large oven, microwave and even steam oven. Really top!
