Elegant, exclusive, and luxurious, this is a 5-bedroom villa in Durbuy, perfect to relax with a large extended family of 10 persons. The villa has a sauna and bubble bath to relax after returning from excursions or day trips.
Durbuy, known as the world's smallest city, is very near to the Ourthe. From here, you can enjoy beautiful walks, bike explorations, and water sports. You can wander in the maze of medieval back streets to take advantage of all its charm. Also, you will find there a huge choice of restaurants, nice terraces, and pretty shops. Golf lovers can hit the little ball at the Durbuy golf course.
On a sunny day, you can enjoy the fresh air on the balcony or roof terrace. Children can spend hours playing safely in the enclosed garden with play equipment. For making the evenings memorable, you have a barbecue in place. A children's bed and a high chair are present for little guests. You can play table tennis, table football, air hockey, and darts in leisure hours.

We stayed in the cottage for two weeks with 7 people. Below is an overview of the pros and cons experienced by us; Pros:- There were bigger rooms than expected; in the photos everything seemed smaller in our opinion. - The kitchen also has a lot of work space for cooking together, which is nice with a large group of 7-10 people. There are several ovens and 5 burners that provide enough space. There is also plenty of cutlery and kitchen utensils. Negatives: - General hygiene not in order: not everything clean and in particular the jacuzzi and dishwasher were very dirty. The floor also stuck on arrival and the dryer was slightly dirty. - Jacuzzi: we have partly cleaned it, but there seems to be no possibility (tap/garden hose) to change the water. - Dishwasher: it worked poorly because it was clogged with dirt. We took care of it ourselves with HG and it is now back usable.-The showers do not work properly (little water and lukewarm).The shower at the sauna does not remain upright and can therefore not be used.-One bedroom (above the living room) is very noisy due to the stove pipe from the living room through this bedroom lo opt. - The windows on the ground floor were very bad because of the hinges and locks that do not function properly. As a result, not all windows can be opened and/or closed.
We had a very nice week. The house is beautiful and clean. Everything was there that needed to be, in large quantities. The hostess was super friendly .. The sauna and jacuzzi are indeed a bit outdated. The game room was also a winner for both young and old. Overall, we enjoyed it and definitely want to come back.

Very nice house, everything clean with high-quality furnishings and small defects. Yes the one patio door is stuck, however there are 6 doors so it's not like that's really limiting. Yes the jacuzzi isn't the newest but if you know how it works. Unfortunately, the play equipment in the garage was not treated with care by the guests and you can see and tell that from them. Very nice owners, who were always available by phone and gave us an introduction to the function of the sauna and the whirlpool on the day of arrival. The house is located above Durbuy which can be reached on foot in about 15 - 20 minutes. The area offers many outdoor activities, so if you want to go hiking, cycling, climbing or canoeing, you are in good hands here with a good location in a great house. Without the small flaws, the accommodation would have earned 5 stars, so it's still a good 4 stars. We liked it very much and we would come again.
A very nice house in a great location. But… the house was dirty, not or badly cleaned. The sauna is not working, the jacuzzi was turned on with the help of the homeowner. Who we HAD to contact daily by the way !!! maintained because of all kinds of defects in the house. All small things because of overdue maintenance. But the most annoying thing was the broken boiler, really cold showers every day !!! And the problem was not solved. Lots of sweet talk and few actions. And note, a sports hall is being built behind the house. And this construction is in full swing. Not in the photos!
14 days before our arrival they had started to build a tennis hall right behind the garden of the holiday home. They worked all week long with forklifts, height cranes, drilling and grinding. Fun is different.
