A relaxing holiday with complete privacy is guaranteed here. The small artists' village of Lachania is about three kilometers inland and about ten kilometers from Gennadi. The old houses, which were in danger of falling into disrepair, have largely been lovingly renovated. In this way, the village was able to retain its original charm. Even the two old windmills have been restored and are still inhabited. The village square, right next to the church, called Platanos, is an insider tip. Just like the cozy tavern of the same name, where you can enjoy typical Greek cuisine under a huge, shady plane tree.
