45 km to the north from Varkaus, lake Koirus 20 m, own pier and rowing boat, shallow sanded beach. Well-equipped and spacious wooden cabin with boarded outer walls (2004), spacious living room (sofa bed 140x200 cm, bed for two) and living room/kitchen with well-equipped kitchen facilities. Two bedrooms, bedroom 1: three beds, bedroom 2: three beds, separate WC, washroom with two showers, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove). There is a carport in the yard. The cabin has air-source heat pump in the living room, can be used for heating and cooling. Hot tub available at extra fee. Please note, temperature limit -15 degrees Celsius. The customer fills, heats and empties the hot tub himself. If you would like to have hot tub pre-filled and pre-heated, you can agree this with the owner, an additional fee of €50 will be applied. Note! During the winter season (November - April), the hot tub is available only when the temperature is max. -15 degrees Celsius. In winter, the hot tub can be used only pre-filled and pre-heated. The use and heating of the hot tub must be agreed in advance with the owner, and you must follow carefully the owner's instructions. Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per pet (max 2 pets). Pets are not allowed on the beds or sofa. Please contact the owner if you arrive with an electric car or a mobile home; an additional charge of 5 e/day is paid to the owner (heating pole available, no official charging point). Bicycles, canoes and an outboard motor can be rented from the owner.
