This villa is located on a wine estate in the hills near Arezzo at 550 meters altitude. The estate consists of woods and vineyards. The owner is very environmentally conscious and the wines are organic.
The villa consists of two floors and has four arches, typical of the houses of the architect Leopolda di Lorena dating from 1700.
From the loggia you step into the garden. The villa is very elegant, authentic Tuscan and extremely comfortable. From the terrace overlooking the garden. The pool is 15 meters from the villa.
The first floor is accessed by a beautiful stone staircase and original.
