The villa is a typical 19th-century Tuscan country house, recently renovated in the traditional Tuscan style. A spiral staircase leads to the 'Piccionaia', the typical turret of Tuscan country houses, which has been converted into a cosy living area with a wonderful panoramic view of the hills. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, which can be individually regulated in every room. Cable television, an alarm system, a safe, a telephone and a carport make for a particularly comfortable stay. Outside the kitchen is a wrought-iron pergola, perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing in one of the armchairs. In the large garden there is a swimming pool (11x5, open from May) with hydromassage corner and children's pool corner. Barbecue area. Gazebo in the garden for relaxing dinners or aperitifs. Typical Tuscan dishes can be served on request. The nearest shops and supermarket are in Peccioli, 7 km away, a grocery shop about 2 km and a restaurant only 0.8 km away.
