Description
This modern villa with private pool has an ideal location, on the outskirts of La Marina. Ideal for families or several couples.
The house is in a quiet location but still only a short distance from the centre of San Fulgencio (1,5 km) with nice shops and restaurants. One of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca is 5 km away and a visit to places like Elche, Alicante and Torrevieja is also highly recommended. You can play golf at the 18-hole golf course of La Marquesa in Rojales (11 km) and you can go cycling and walking in the beautiful surroundings.
Around the pool you can enjoy the sun or read a book in the shade on the lounge sofa. There is an electric sunshade and the sunbeds overlook the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the living room you will find a built-in wine cooler. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor have their own terrace and the air conditioning can be adjusted per room.
You can park your car in the garage with electric gate or on the driveway.

We hebben een week doorgebracht in Villa Levante en hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf, De buitenruimte was fantastisch, perfect voor barbecues en ontspannen bij het zwembad, Het enige probleem was een klein probleem met de Wi-Fi, maar de eigenaar hielp ons snel
Fantastisch voor koppels of gezinnen, De slaapkamers hadden terrassen en de nabijgelegen golfbaan was een leuk extraatje voor een dagje uit
