Villa is located in peaceful and quiet area of Kastel Štafilić only 100m from the sea and 5min to the center of city.
Ground floor of the villa is a comfortable living room with kitchen and dining room with one small toilet. Large glass walls can be opened and provide exit to the outdoor pool terrace with 45 m² swimming pool with a shower. Near the pool you can enjoy sunbeds and BBQ.
Villa has 280 m2 indoor and 70 m2 terrace . The house provides a comfortable stay for 11 . House is fully equipped with a air conditioner, SAT tv and wi-fi. Spend many pleasant hours on the terrace and in the green garden with swimming pool and barbecue.

Very cozy holiday home with a lovely atmosphere, The garden was a hit with the kids, and we found the outdoor furniture perfect for evening relaxation, Definitely a great spot for families!
Ik waardeerde de toegankelijkheid in het algemeen: er was zoveel ruimte om mijn tassen te dragen, het appartement was zo comfortabel en ik liet alles wat ik moest doen achter voor een comfortabel verblijf,
We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Rembrandt 301. De omgeving was perfect om te ontspannen en we hebben genoten van de avonden op het balkon met uitzicht op zee. We komen zeker terug!
