Villa Luciana Residence is situated just 10 minutes drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the villa and consists of two completely separated new apartments with a common large terrace
Pools and hot tubs are located above the accommodation with the separated entrance to pool area.
Guests have Finnish Sauna at their disposal in agreement with the owner, 2 hours a day.
In 2020 villa is completely renovated.
If guests want early check-in or late check-out it is possible and can be agreed but only before arrival of guests and it costs 50% of daily price.
Owners lives at the upper part of villa and they are at guests disposal always if guests need help. Guests have whole privacy at their part of villa.
The first apartment consists of a kitchen (large kitchen with island which is fully equipped: two refrigerators, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker ....) a dining room which is 29 square meters with a fireplace, separate living room, two bathrooms with showers and two bedrooms, one smaller with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The apartment has two air conditioners and the size is slightly larger than 100 square meters. The whole property is newly furnished and modernly equipped with Kare design furniture - Meblo trade. There is a large terrace in front of the apartment with separated external access and outdoor furniture ( table and chairs). Apartment sleeps 4 guests.
The second apartment consists of a dining/ living room and a fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with king size beds (one room has a bathroom with walk in shower and the other two share a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is newly equipped with the outdoor barbecue, table and chairs. There is a completely private entrance with direct communication through the terrace which is 28 meters long. Apartment sleeps 6 guests
Given the new situation with Covid -19, the apartments are rented as a one unit, for the complete safety of our guests.
This beautiful villa is located in the village of Buići, and is a part of Dubrovnik region. This house is the perfect getaway from the usual fast paced and overcrowded life.
The house is in the short proximity of the Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful towns in the world with rich history and culture. It is only 17 minutes ride from the villa. The closet supermarket is located 3,6 km. within 9 minute ride to you can also find bank, post office, ATM, beach and restaurants. If You want to use the ferry to visit one of the nearby islands there is a ferry port in Dubrovnik, located 12,3 km.
The nearest airport is located in Čilipi which is 13,1 km away or 20 minute ride.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience, The villa was clean, and the beds were comfortable, However, we wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger, as we had some connectivity issues during our stay

Villa Luciana Residence overtrof onze verwachtingen! De twee zwembaden en het spacentrum waren perfect om te ontspannen na een dag verkennen in Dubrovnik, We voelden ons ongelooflijk thuis in de ruime appartementen, die prachtig waren ingericht en van alles voorzien wat we nodig hadden, Het buitenterras was een geweldige plek voor familiediners, en de sauna was een mooi extraatje, De eigenaren waren attent maar respectvol naar onze privacy, Zeer aan te raden voor gezinnen of groepen!

Villa Luciana war der perfekte Rückzugsort für unsere Familie! Der großzügige Grundriss erlaubte jedem, seinen eigenen Raum zu haben, und die beiden Pools waren ein Hit bei den Kindern, Außerdem war es nur eine kurze Autofahrt von Dubrovnik entfernt, was das Erkunden der Stadt erleichterte
