Upstairs: bedroom with two beds, bedroom with 4 beds (beds are positioned as two double beds. There is a divider bringing privacy), toilet. Villa is equipped with among other things: ventilation with heat recovery, air source heat pump with cooling function in upper and the lower floor, broadband internet access, central vacuum cleaner, washer-dryer combination, remote-controlled house automation, access control inside and out, intruder alarm system, carbon monoxide and fire alarm system. In the kitchen in addition to standard amenities there is a induction cooker and microvawe oven.
