Old Olive VIII Villa is a luxurious, detached villa with private pool and is located in the village of Salvela, 2 km from Vodnjan. A perfect location for a relaxing or active holiday!
Vodnjan is a medieval town with a number of restaurants and a supermarket and is known for the St. Blasius church with the highest bell tower in the region. Your villa is just a 10-minute drive from the coastal towns of Fažana and Peroj where you can enjoy a day at the beach. From Fažana you can also take the boat to the Brijuni Islands with its beautiful nature and Roman ruins. The historic town of Pula (12 km) has a cosy centre and a number of interesting monuments from Roman times such as the amphitheatre, which is still intact and is one of the largest in the world. In addition, places like Rovinj (24 km) and Porec (42 km) are an absolute must see during your holiday.
The villa has a fenced garden (1263 m²) with olive trees and a trampoline. There is a nice modern sun terrace and a swimming pool (65 m²) with a shallow area. Relax on your lounger and enjoy the sunshine!
A lot of care has been taken in the attractive design of the villa and the comfort is of a high standard. The basement features a playroom with billiard table, table tennis and table football, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a separate toilet and a Finnish sauna. On the ground floor you will find four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On the first floor of the villa there is a modern and spacious living room with sitting area and dining table and a well-equipped open kitchen with access to the covered balcony with dining table. Here you can enjoy a delicious summer meal together with a view of the sea and the Brijuni Islands. There is also one more bedroom on this floor with a bathroom en suite, and a separate toilet.

Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf hier, De villa is ruim en goed uitgerust, waardoor je je er snel thuis voelt, Het nabijgelegen stadje Vodnjan is charmant en zeker een bezoek waard,
De villa was prachtig ontworpen en zeer goed uitgerust, We hielden van de moderne accenten en de privacy van onze eigen pool, Het voelde als een echte luxe ontsnapping!
We had an amazing time at the Luxury Villa in Vodnjan! The private pool was a highlight for our family, and the spacious living area made it easy to relax together, The location is peaceful, yet close enough for day trips to Pula and Rovinj,
