The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Malves en Minervois, in a charming village surrounded by nature dominated by an 11th-century castle. It is just 11km from the medieval city of Carcassonne and 5km from the Canal du Midi. The centre with a bakery/grocery is 400m from the property. The village lies at the foot of the Montagne Noire, in the Occitanie region, surrounded by the rolling Minervois countryside with its vineyards and forests. 5 km away is Trèbes, a picturesque village with charming restaurants along the Canal du Midi. It is 1 hour from the Mediterranean beaches at Gruissan.
This modern and sophisticated holiday home offers plenty of privacy thanks to its elevated position. Thanks to the beautiful garden and 2 lovely terraces, there are plenty of places to enjoy both sun and shade.

Beautiful villa located in an excellent location. As mentioned before, the villa is in need of renovation, but this did not hinder our stay. Everything is there to have a pleasant stay. Beautiful garden and pool, once a week to clean the pool is a little bit. I would like to mention but this is more intended for our predecessors from the end of August. That it is a shame to leave cutlery, plates etc.. so dirty. We were allowed to wash everything and everything. Shop in Malves and Minervois is not much. It is best to get bread at Firmin in Trebes an the super U. Furthermore, very beautiful surroundings and nice villages to discover. Restaurants Le moulin in Trebes and au 4 vent in Carcassonne are recommended.
A nice house, very spacious, also nice that there are games and books
We had a wonderful week in this beautifully situated very comfortable house with lots of privacy. It was a pity on arrival that the pool was cloudy due to a rain shower with Sahara sand. There was also a lot of bird droppings on the terrace. We cleaned the terrace ourselves. After a phone call, the pool was tip-top again during the week. Nevertheless, a must in a beautiful region!
Spacious villa, quietly located with lots of privacy. House is fairly modern with many amenities. However, the finish of the villa leaves something to be desired and a refurbishment would not be wrong. Nevertheless, we had a nice holiday and were able to enjoy it.
"Villa" is in need of a thorough refurbishment, cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Swimming pool not suitable for swimming laps because of kidney shape and stairs. A shame about all this, because the house has potential and is also well equipped. Yet we have a had a nice holiday because of the beautiful region and the good weather, and that was ultimately what it was about.
