This villa is located in Pantogia, a hill opposite Porto Cervo, with a magnificent sea view. It is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden with a private swimming pool and a beautiful panoramic terrace where you can dine outside.
The house is close to all amenities; The beautiful beaches of Piccolo and Grande Pevero are just 1 km away. You can visit the famous shopping gallery, walking along the pier and admire the luxury boats. Near many other villages are on the emerald coast, with countless bays with white sand and clear water. You also have the option to visit the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago, which are known throughout the world to their unprecedented beauty.
The villa is spacious and easily accommodates 12 people. Guests have everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is also a separate outbuilding. You can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue.

The layout of the apartment was a bit quirky since the fourth bedroom is accessed through the third, but it didn’t bother us too much, Overall, a great place for families!
Eerlijk gezegd was alles geweldig! De villa had alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden en de airconditioning was een uitkomst tijdens de warme middagen. Het was fijn om een rustige plek te hebben om te ontspannen na het verkennen van de nabijgelegen stranden.
Een heerlijk toevluchtsoord! De buitenruimte was ideaal om te ontspannen en we genoten van de rustige omgeving. De nabijgelegen restaurants waren ook een leuke bonus. Op korte loopafstand konden ze heerlijk eten.
