Beautiful historical villa! Perfect vacation.
Upon arrival we were nicely met by the owner of the villa and we received an extensive tour with explanations about various issues that were important. For most of us it was a 1st visit to Italy and the view from our villa in Tuscany was overwhelming.We have enjoyed a fantastic week with our entire family and have visited a number of places in the area (including Florence). The villa from 1580 was spacious with more than enough bedrooms and shower facilities and owner Ilaria was always ready to give us useful tips. Overall a beautiful week with brilliant weather.
A fantastic villa in beautiful scenery, and Iliara is a great owner and hostess. We stayed here with my husband's American family, for them the first encounter with Italy, and we could not choose a better place. The villa has so much history, and the place is so quiet that you can enjoy the peace or quiet of a small party. Iliara is fantastic as a hostess. She has made every effort to make our stay memorable, including turning on a private chef who prepared a delicious meal for us. The rooms are beautiful, there is a lot of space in the villa, and it's cool if you're looking for a hot day after a hot day. All in all, if you want to enjoy a group of friends or family with each other and the environment.
A very suitable mysterious, large villa with a lot of history for a large group or for a holiday for a special occasion (eg. Wedding) with beautiful views. A very attractive historic villa, spotlessly clean, well equipped, with a shady terrace with fantastic views for dining with family and friends, in a beautiful pieceful garden, close to Florence. owner Ilaria is the friendliest, gives useful tips and, if desired, a fun and interesting tour of the villa and family chapel.
It is a dream house in a dream location with a very hospitable host. We will definitely return here. The history that the family and the house have makes it worth it alone.
