The public sand beach is within 600 meters. Apartment in semi-detached house, built in 2012. Interior surfaces are renovated in 2021. On the lower floor, there is a living room/kitchen with sofa bed for two, washroom and sauna. On the upper floor, there is a sleeping alcove with double bed and private bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. Workstation in the lobby, spacious open terrace.
