The imposing Villa Rosa for up to 6 people (built in the 1970s, first let in August 2023) has been extensively and completely renovated this year and is located just 300 metres from the beautiful dune beach, nestled in the pine forest of San Pietro a Mare. White is the colour chosen in stark contrast to the fragrant pine forest to enhance its presence, all installations, all windows and doors, almost all floors and of course the complete interior furnishings have been renewed!
