It features an air source heat pump, a bedroom with a bunk bed (lower bed 140x200 cm, upper bed 90x200 cm), and a low loft with two beds. The loft can be accessed via a movable ladder. The bathroom has a shower, WC, and washing machine (the villa does not have its own sauna). The spacious terrace is furnished with high-quality garden furniture, a gas grill, and a sunshade. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, tableware for six, and all necessary cooking utensils. The owner offers two bicycles and two SUP boards for rent (shared among five villas). It is a short distance from the villa to the local amenities and attractions. Kasnäs harbor, which features a marine spa and offers ferry connections to stunning archipelago destinations, is nearby. Dalsbruk is only 10 minutes away, and the nearest golf course, Bjärkas Golf, is 15 minutes away.
