Villa Sunlight is a delightful 4 bedroom fully air-conditioned, stone villa offering breathtaking panoramic views of the bay of Parikia and the Aegean sea. This charmingly decorated home comprises a two-level main house and a separate, completely independent guest suite with its own living room, kitchenette, and private terrace. This villa sleeps a maximum of 9 guests. The Space Villa Sunlight is located opposite the town of Parikia, in the area of Krios, 700 meters from Marcello beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the island and other smaller beaches, all with crystal clear waters. It lies at the end of a dead-end road of the most elevated position of an exclusive holiday housing complex. On the huge terrace, there is a large, private infinity pool combined with a shower, a BBQ, the remarkable marble table with fitted sofas under the pergola and the meticulously maintained gardens, all contribute to hours of relaxation, swimming, sunbathing and watching cruise and line ships passing by Parikia’s port. Villa Sunlight’s main building is on two levels. Entering the building you’ll find yourself in the kitchen and living room, with a dining table outside the veranda and inside the kitchen too. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric cooker and oven, coffee maker and kettle. There are plenty of pots and pans, utensils etc making it easy to cook a meal for the family for the days when you don’t feel like eating out. There is also a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Downstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is with en-suit bathroom, and there are two additional bedrooms with twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. All bathrooms have showers, no bathtub. The villa is fully air-conditioned with individual units in each room. The guesthouse There is a separate guesthouse on the property, completely private with its own sitting room (with a pull out couch that can sleep max. 2 small children if needed), a double bed, bathroom and a kitchenette and air-condition. The guestroom houses all these areas in one space. (except for the bathroom of course, that is a separate room) Great for parents looking for extra relaxation!
