Description
This beautiful villa is in a quiet location in the hills with a panoramic view. It is just a few kilometers from Orvieto, in the heart of the Tuscia area between Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. The farmhouse was built in the typical Umbrian fashion in the 19th century. Although now restored, the traditional style has been preserved and the interior is furnished with original furniture. There are antique terracotta floors, wood-beamed ceilings, romantic stones and a fireplace. Guests can enjoy the feeling of living in a picturesque Italian country house, with stunning views all around. 4 bedrooms and lavish interiors make it ideal for a group of 8 people.
Outside, guests will enjoy eating at the terrace. The infinity swimming pool is surrounded by a large area with umbrellas and sun loungers. The large garden and the long driveway guarantee peace and privacy.
There are various nature trails from Villa Marina. In the area are olive trees, vineyards, fields and forests for walking or cycling. Nearby are nature parks such as the Alviano oasis, Monte Rufeno and Lake Bolsena.

Wat een fantastische ervaring! De gastheren waren ongelooflijk warm en gastvrij, waardoor we ons thuis voelden. De inrichting was prachtig en we hebben veel avonden bij de open haard doorgebracht, terwijl we prachtige herinneringen creëerden.

Die Lage ist ruhig und malerisch, umgeben von Natur, Wir schätzten die Wanderwege in der Nähe und die Nähe zu Attraktionen wie Civita di Bagnoregio war ein Bonus, Ein großartiger Ort für einen ruhigen Rückzugsort!
Wat een heerlijk uitje! Het gezellige vissershuisje was precies wat we nodig hadden voor een familievakantie. De tuin was perfect voor de kinderen om in te spelen en we vonden het geweldig dat het dichtbij het strand lag. Een echte aanrader!
De ligging is ideaal voor strandliefhebbers! Roompot Beach ligt op een steenworp afstand, Het vakantiehuis was goed uitgerust en we voelden ons tijdens ons verblijf meteen thuis,
