This secluded villa is located in Durbuy. Ideal for a family, it can accommodate 7 guests and has 3 bedrooms. This villa has an infrared sauna for you to enjoy and relax after a long day.
The golf course is only 100 m away from the stay, if you would like to enjoy a day out. If you run out of the essentials, the local supermarket is only 3 km away. Try out some new delicacies at the nearest restaurants only 3 km away. You can take a refreshing dip in the public swimming pool, only 3 km from the villa.
You can relish a lovely barbecue meal with your loved one in the terrace. Electric floor heating, fireplace, and stove (wood) can be used to keep yourself comfortable inside. Childrens bed, cot, and a high chair are provided to the little ones for a small fee. Parking and garage are provided for your convenience. 2 pets can be accommodated at a small fee.
You can check-in between 4-5 PM and check-out can be done from 9-10 AM.
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network.

In the advertisement there is a picture with the caption "Swimming pool of the holiday home". However, the pool has not been available/available for 2 years (due to Covid-19). The water that flushes the toilet is rainwater and smelled horribly! It only got better after it rained for a day. There is no water coming out of the tap in the sink in the toilet room next to the kitchen! 50% of the doors grind on the floor and are almost impossible to close! The shower in the sauna was dirty! The grill was not cleaned! The bedroom in the basement is damp, the wardrobe was about to fall apart. 4 of 7 smoke detectors have been removed and are missing without replacement. The table tennis table was very wavy and difficult to use due to the high humidity in the garage and basement area. The contact on site has to ours Complaints not responded.
Excellent reception and the house is okay. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated but clean. The door of the shower and toilet on the first floor did jam, probably because of a new floor.
House was dirty, was full of rubbish, water in the jacuzzi looked green, door in the living room could not be locked (latch broke!) So children can just fall down. Living room is on the first floor. Overall, stay away! A lot of money for something that is not habitable!
We have been here in the Christmas holidays with children and grandchildren. It was a very nice holiday. The house had everything we needed and was also cozy. The homeowner had also placed a Christmas tree. We regret that the jacuzzi was broken. The area is very quiet but still close to shops.
