This spacious, sunny and fashionably furnished apartment in Villa Tinou is located just behind the dunes between Koksijde and Oostduinkerke. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, has WiFi & digital TV, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sufficient storage space and a spacious terrace. It is very quiet. The private parking space for one car and several bicycles under the building is a big plus.
Layout
Enter the entrance hall with separate toilet and storage/laundry room with washing machine, dryer & drying rack. In the spacious living room and dining room you can enjoy a nice movie with the whole family in the TV corner, dine comfortably and enjoy cooking in the open kitchen with vitro ceramic hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer. From the living room you have access to the sunny balcony at the front and the terrace with table/chairs/parasol on the side. There are 2 spacious bedrooms each with on-suite. The first room has 2 single box spring beds (90x200), 2 pillows and duvet (240x220) and a shower and sink. This room gives you direct access to the terrace. The second large room also has 2 single box spring beds (90x200) and another bunk bed (2x 80x200). There are 4 pillows and 3 duvets (2 x 140x90 and 1 240x220). This room has a private bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet. There is enough space in both rooms to add a baby cot.

Perfecte locatie vlakbij de duinen, Ruim en goed uitgerust voor onze familie
Over het geheel genomen is dit een prima keuze qua accommodatie. Het appartement is goed uitgerust en ligt in een rustige omgeving, wat we erg prettig vonden. Lokale attracties en stranden waren makkelijk bereikbaar. Een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een rustig uitje!

Deze plek was precies wat we nodig hadden voor een gezinsreis, De slaapkamers zijn ruim en comfortabel, en met twee badkamers was de ochtendroutine veel gemakkelijker, Bovendien is het maar een korte wandeling naar het strand, wat perfect was voor onze kinderen, Sterk aanbevolen voor gezinsverblijven!
