On the ground floor there is also an entertainment room with billiards, table tennis, table football and darts.
Upstairs there are 4 rooms and three bathrooms and another large covered terrace and covered balcony.
About 100 m from the house there is a public multifunctional football and basketball court and a children's park, which are free to use. The house is 50 m from the bike path and about 5 km from the Blue and Red Lakes.
