This duplex five-bedroom villa features an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and air-conditioning. Villa consists of two separate apartments that are connected with staircase. One apartments features three bedrooms, and the second one has two bedrooms. There are two fully equipped kitchens in the property, as well as two private bathrooms and two living rooms with seating area and flat-screen SAT TV sets. One of the apartments has a balcony overlooking the sea and in front of the property there is a furnished terrace with outdoor furniture, sunbeds and parasols.
Barbecue facilities are at guests' disposal.

Villa Tony is a great place for a Croatia holiday – just 18 minutes drive from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, Orasac is just around the bay from pretty Zaton Bay and has stunning views out across the blue, open sea with views out to the beautiful Elafiti Islands. The nearest bus station is 300 meters from the Villa, with buses passing frequently and it is an approximate 30-40 minute ride to the Old Town.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 35 km away.

We will definitely be back,Home was comfortable and homely, In a beautiful location, Well equipped and spacious, More than enough for our needs, The hosts were very welcoming to the point of making my family supper as we arrived really late and not able to do a shop till morning, Also no problem letting us have a late check out due to a late flight, Above and beyond, Thankyou Tony and Marina, We will see you again
Superb!Friendly and service minded hosts, The location and surroundings was nice, unfortunately the restaurants in the village was closed due to the corona pandemic,

Villa Tony was een fantastische ontsnapping voor onze familie! De ruime indeling stelde iedereen in staat om hun eigen ruimte te hebben, en het uitzicht op zee vanaf het balkon was gewoon prachtig, We hebben ervan genoten om onze avonden bij de barbecue door te brengen, terwijl we genoten van de warme bries
Geweldige villa, ruim en schoon, Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is gewoon prachtig!
We hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf in Villa Tony! Het buitenzwembad was een hoogtepunt voor de kinderen, en ze hebben urenlang gespetterd, Het nabijgelegen Orašac Beach was ook een fijne plek om te ontspannen na een dag sightseeing
