Very nice house! All well organised. A few small household points: We had nowhere to hang the coat, it was very warm in the house, the temperature could not be lowered, there was nowhere to hang anything in the bedrooms and the fire alarm in the small upstairs bedroom went off very quickly. by the steam from the bathroom. For the rest it was really great!
Great villa, very tastefully furnished with a beautiful outdoor area that leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, we were informed by phone during our arrival that the pool's circulation pump was broken and that we could not use it. We were promised that the problem would be fixed as soon as possible. This was actually done on Saturday and Sunday. At this point, a big compliment to the Harderwold manager! We would have loved to give it full marks, but there are also points of criticism - For 6 people there was only one small wardrobe and two small chests of drawers, which is far too little for a longer stay (10 days for us) - There is no wardrobe or storage space for jackets etc. in the entrance area - There is no towel rack in the guest toilet - There are no operating instructions for the state-of-the-art appliances in the kitchen, the same applies to TV and audio equipment This is complaining at a high level, but it does affect the stay.
The house is overall very nicely done. There is plenty of space and very modern furnishings. However, you should know that there is a bathroom in every bedroom, which is great, but there are no doors because it is an open building. There is only a small toilet with a door on the ground floor. There is no holder for a towel in this small toilet. The sauna didn't work at the beginning and was then repaired on the 2nd day. During the day we had a lot of construction noise as some of the houses and gardens around us were not yet finished. Otherwise everything was very good. We would probably book the house again at a later date.
Het huis was erg mooi. Maar de service van Belvilla is wel de laatste. Erger kan het niet worden
Mooi huis, wel iets gehorig. Wat erg tegenviel was dat de jacuzzi nog maar 16 graden was toen we aankwamen en er pas in konden op zaterdag avond. Ben je toch een hele dag kwijt dat je er in wil zitten.
