This beautiful villa with swimming pool and large park with olive grove, fruit trees and rose garden is located near Pistoia. Arriving at the villa one immediately has the feeling of being in a unique place, full of colours, scents and lights. The large swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 1.40 to 1.50 m deep, open from 1 April to 30 September) is located in a place with a beautiful view and offers several areas where guests can relax: a lounge area by the pool with changing rooms, refrigerator, WC and shower, a gazebo for outdoor dining and a barbecue area. The 2-level villa has a surface area of 450 m², is elegantly furnished and can accommodate up to 14 persons. The entrance is on the ground floor and offers access to a spacious living room, from which there is also access to a furnished veranda overlooking the countryside.
