Villa Vittoria (the sister of Villa Cosima) is located in a secluded and therefore very secure private residence with other terraced houses. The private residence has a very rare private, direct access to the free and fine sandy beach with infrastructure in the popular holiday destination San Pietro in Bevagna in Apulia. In front of and behind the house there is a furnished, partially covered terrace with an electric marquise and a garden area with numerous green plants. The living area and kitchen have been newly renovated. It is equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances, including an induction hob, dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer. Your car can be parked right next to the house ( an assigned parking spot) within the private residence (remote control for the entrance gate).
