There is also a lovely guest house with a second living room with modern kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom.

You can enjoy the outdoor area with its wonderful 55m2 private swimming pool, spacious sun terrace well equipped with garden furniture and of course barbecue facilities. We also have a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with open fireplace and charming covered terrace. In a 1 km radius, you can choose between sandy, stone or pebbly beaches. Charming mix of sea, mountains and typical Mediterranean atmosphere in a small Dalmatian village makes this villa a perfect place for a stress-free holiday. The old town of Zadar is only 20 km away, then the entrance to the most important climbing station in Croatia is the national park Paklenica.
