A great house in a very beautiful location. And of course what was really great about this stay, the use of a private sloop / boat for 6 people. That was TOP!

Been to this park for the third time and we like it, especially because you can take the dog with you. Weather was a bit hit and miss this year, so we didn't sail much during the first half of the holiday, but later had warm weather. Cottage is fine, clean and everything is there what you need. Great view of the water and shops nearby at 10 minutes drive. In short, we will probably come back again.

Unfortunately Belvilla forgot to inform the park that we would arrive late. Fortunately, the manager of the park phoned for five minutes. And so they could enter our license plate for the barrier and put the key somewhere for us. Otherwise it would have been a very bad start.

Fine, warm welcome. It was not clear to us that we still had to pay (50 euro) for the sloop, in the end it turned out to be the instruction and probably also for the fuel. Fortunately, it allowed us to sail for a few more hours.

The cottage was tidy and we have again enjoyed delicious the boat and the lake with a beach. Our dog has also had the time of his life, swimming every day and a lot of freedom. We had super weather what made this holiday great. We have been in this house for two weeks, with a week in between, so it was good. I would definitely want to go back in the future.

Jolanda Deelen 22 July 2018

The cottage was spacious enough for 4 people, clean and everything was there what you need. The area was lovely with all that water and the boat was also nice to enjoy nice trips. Appingedam is fun to go to. The dog also enjoyed it and the weather was fantastic. In short, a very nice holiday and therefore we go a week later a week later.

The villa was clean and practical, with all the essentials we needed for our week-long stay, The location was peaceful, surrounded by nature, which was just what we were looking for, While not luxurious, it was comfortable and met our expectations, Would recommend for families seeking a quiet getaway
