Above Magadino, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, north-west facing position. Private: large, beautiful garden 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Grocery 800 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Orgnana, Monda" 80 m, railway station "Bellinzona" 19 km.
