A spacious villa ideal for families or groups, this homely holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests in three bedrooms. It offers two double beds, two single beds, and a bunk bed, making it suitable for both adults and children. The house includes a large living area, a modern open-plan kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers. Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, a large garden, and a terrace perfect for al fresco dining. Pets are welcome, provided they are not of a dangerous breed and weigh under 5 kg. Optional extras such as cots, high chairs, and pool towels are available for rent.
Set in a peaceful residential area of L’Escala, the villa is just a 10-minute walk from Riells Beach. Known for its shallow waters and soft sand, the beach is ideal for children. The nearby promenade features a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and water sports facilities. Guests will also find supermarkets and entertainment venues within walking distance. Transport options include a bus station a short drive away, while the Girona-Costa Brava Airport is about 53 km from the property, offering convenient access for international travelers.

Geweldige locatie! Op slechts een korte loopafstand van het strand en nabijgelegen restaurants. Het terras was een heerlijke plek om te ontbijten,
De wasmachine was een echte levensredder tijdens ons verblijf, het is geweldig om dit gemak te hebben, vooral met kinderen,
De föhn in de badkamer was een leuke toevoeging, het bespaarde ons de moeite om onze eigen föhn mee te nemen,
De open keuken was ruim en maakte het voor iedereen gemakkelijk om samen te komen tijdens het koken,
De locatie is ideaal om L'Escala te verkennen. We hebben genoten van een bezoek aan het historische centrum en de nabijgelegen stranden.
We vonden de airconditioning in de woonkamer geweldig, het hield ons koel tijdens de warme zomerdagen,
