Situated in Regione Ca' Nova, this holiday home offers a shared sauna, bubble bath, and swimming pool to enjoy. It is an ideal starting point for excursions on the itineraries dedicated to bikers and hikers in the Finalesi Prealps.
The place is ideal to enjoy the hills of the Italian Riviera of Flowers. The coast is one of the most gorgeous. Bagni Ondina beach is among one of the most stunning beaches amongst Finale Ligure Marina. Restaurants at 300 m for a taste of local cuisine, your daily shopping needs can be met from the supermarket at 4 km. The house is the ideal starting point for experiencing all this, immersed in the numerous routes available for walking and/or biking.
There is a fitness room to exercise, and the bathroom has a massage shower to enjoy. A Turkish steam bath is provided for relaxation. Relax on the terrace for a while. Parking is available. Private Garden, patio with solarium and sofas for aperitifs and conversations. The apartment is a single and independent unit with a garden and solarium. Swimming pool and wellness facilities are available on reservations due to Covid.
A large free garage (also suitable for SUVs).

The Borgo dei Gabbiani is really remote. About 10km up/down hill from the first decent supermarket (PAM). The car “recommended” in the description is, in our opinion, “necessary”. At least to get your groceries. Especially since (in the preseason?) the nearest pizzeria is only open for 4 days. The description states that the center of Canova is 650m away….. we have not seen Canova (except for the sign). Transport is also essential for reaching the hiking trails. We have not found any from the location. Also not via the hiking app Komoot.Met car, the location is a nice base for walks and visits to local authentic villages and centers. Take into account siesta's from 13:00-16:00 (quite long). Good for beautiful photos. The cottage is, especially in bad weather, not large and we had some difficulty with the available storage spaces for clothes and suitcases. In total there are 2 large wardrobes with 5 doors. 3 of these are locked for private use. WiFi is free but limited! Max 10 GB per week. Because the present television only knows 3 Italian channels (sometimes only 2 working), we can imagine that the 10Gb is used. The shower cabin is not large. (1x1m) To also hang a massage shower in it is, in our opinion, not convenient. You can't turn your back there. The technical condition of the house didn't seem to be designed for receiving tourists either. There were quite a few defects (already on delivery) but also during our stay we kept running into broken things. The cleaning was also not great. If we reported this, it was (usually) repaired quickly. But this did not seem to us to be the purpose of our stay there.

The location of Vista Gentile was ideal for exploring the Finalese Prealps, We loved the serenity of the area, and the nearby hiking trails were just stunning, The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with lovely garden views from the terrace,
Nous avons adoré le cadre paisible de Vista Gentile, Le sauna partagé et les installations de bien-être étaient super et nous ont permis de nous détendre complètement, Les enfants ont également apprécié les équipements de jeu extérieurs !
Ein fantastischer Ort zum Entspannen! Der Außenbereich war schön, und wir genossen es, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken, Die Nähe zu lokalen Restaurants war ein Bonus, besonders La Padellaccia, das nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt war,
Al met al een prima keuze voor een familievakantie. De locatie is geweldig voor buitenactiviteiten en de voorzieningen in de villa zorgden ervoor dat we een zeer comfortabel verblijf hadden. We zouden hier zeker nog een keer verblijven!
