Description
Detached villa situated in the hills near Arenas, with a beautiful view of the sea and the coastal towns of Vélez-Málaga (11 km) and Torre del Mar. The villa is on the ground floor and has a well-kept interior. Of course, there is a private pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers are available.
The villa is modern and has a light feel and has a spacious, modern kitchen. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower in a round room. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The house has a spacious terrace and around the private pool there is a terrace with beautiful views.
There is a nice path to the top of the hill (1 km), where the ruins of the Bentomiz castle, an old Moorish fortress, remain. You can also have a picnic in the shade of the olive trees. In Algarrobo Costa (9 km) you will find a wide beach and a long promenade to stroll along. You can go shopping in Torre del Mar (15 km), where there is a market on Thursdays, or of course in Malaga (45 km). This town has a nice shopping street in the lively centre and culture lovers will certainly be in their element here.
The Arenas road is partly unpaved and paved in the steeper parts. Some caution is required, especially in the dark. Thus, the road is mainly suitable for people with a good driving experience. Not suitable for people with a fear of heights.

Eenvoudige en comfortabele accommodatie, De keuken was goed uitgerust, wat het koken van maaltijden een fluitje van een cent maakte, De locatie is een beetje afgelegen, maar dat voegde alleen maar charme toe, Zou aanbevelen voor gezinnen

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze villa, Het interieur was modern en schoon, en het privé zwembad was een hoogtepunt voor onze familie, Een geweldige plek voor wie van rust en stilte in de natuur houdt
Deze villa heeft een hele vibe! 🏖️ Het privé zwembad is precies wat je nodig hebt om te ontspannen, en de uitzichten zijn anders bij zonsondergang, De keuken is supermodern, perfect om een brunch te bereiden, Plus, dat pad naar kasteel Bentomiz? Grote esthetiek, Wees gewoon voorzichtig met het rijden op die wegen, echt waar, ze kunnen 's nachts een beetje sketchy zijn, Over het algemeen, zeer aan te raden voor een familieweekend of chill sessie met vrienden!
Onze familie heeft hier een geweldige week genoten, Er was voldoende ruimte voor iedereen en de kinderen hielden van het zwembad, Het nabijgelegen strand was fantastisch voor een dagje uit, Al met al een zeer plezierige vakantie!
