For a beautiful scenic drive, you can take the coastal road along the impressive Estérel mountains towards the seaside Fréjus (35 km) and the fashionable Saint-Tropez (83 km). To enjoy local meals, you can go to La Bocca, 500 metres from the property.
The kitchen is well equipped with amenities including oven, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator. Children’s bed, high chair and a table tennis table are also featured. The villa has a heating facility as well. A tumble dryer and washing machine are also available.

Fantastic authentic house with beautiful garden and beautiful swimming pool, just 300 meters from the beach and train station. You can also walk to the center of Cannes within half an hour. Recommended!1 point of attention: kitchenware and the like was not really clean.
It's a fantastic home. Lovely large rooms each with a private bathroom. The garden is lovely with a large terrace and a lovely swimming pool. The house is really fantastic .... close to the sea, the station and the center of Cannes ... perfect for a lovely carefree holiday !!!
Characteristic family home in a fine location close to beach and downtown Cannes. The landlord service was excellent. The house (a room after), no air conditioning, but that was in spite of the high temperatures no problem. The rooms are spacious and like the whole structure of the house. There is a spacious dining / living area, separate TV room and a laundry room on the ground floor. The best point of the house is the spacious terrace with several seating areas. The pool is nice and large and well maintained. Fortunately, there are three parking spaces in front of the house. Thus, it was always possible to reverse. The access road is in fact quite tight, and back reverse would be a challenge.
Beautiful house in a perfect location for a holiday on the Côte d'Azur! We had a wonderful holiday in this spacious house. The location is perfect with the beach and train station at 300 meters and shops and restaurants at 500 meters. The house is fully equipped and has a spacious and nice swimming pool. The only drawback is the amount of mosquitoes, but that can be solved with mosquito repellents.

What a gem of a villa! The charm of this 18th-century property is absolutely enchanting, The pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved having family barbecues in the beautiful garden, Plus, being just a short walk from the beach made our days even more enjoyable
