Sauna (electric stove), washroom/shower and separate toilet. Porch, covered terrace with garden furniture. Barbecue hut in the backyard shared with the neighboring apartment. Air heat pump for additional heating and cooling. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 8 km. Ski slope 1.5 km, cross-country trail 100 m. Beach 0.2 km. The holiday apartment is in use on the day of arrival at 4 pm and handed over on the day of departure at 12 pm, also for weekend bookings. Pets allowed for an additional fee. Note pets allowed only downstairs. Max 2 pets, per booking.
