The basement offers two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. These bathrooms feature a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower head and vanity units. The basement also boasts a Finnish sauna, suitable for 6-8 people. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms featuring a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower head and vanity units. One of these bathrooms also has a bathtub. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds and a smart TV.
The washing machine and dryer are located in a separate room. Children's furniture is provided. Free Wi-Fi and additional German channels are available. Charging stations for two electric cars and electric bicycles are also available. The villa is heated and cooled by a heat pump. Underfloor heating and cooling ensure a comfortable temperature in any season. The villa is accessible via stairs.
