Luxurious and sustainable 8-person nature villa located on the edge of Waalenburg, the heart of Texel. It's three kilometers from Den Burg and the seaside resort of De Koog. This villa's design is inspired by the typical Texel sheepfold and offers expansive views.

The spacious living room brings the tranquility of the Texel landscape indoors. Thanks to the enormous glass walls (equipped with sliding doors), the living room flows seamlessly into the large garden. The living room also features a sitting area with a wood-burning stove, smart TV, and a music system. The large open-plan kitchen is a wonderful place to cook together. There's a dining area with a large dining table for 8 people. The open-plan kitchen, with its cooking island, is fully equipped with built-in appliances.

The basement offers two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower head and vanity unit; one bathroom also has a bathtub. The basement also features a Finnish sauna, suitable for 6-8 people. A separate toilet is located in the basement. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms featuring a spacious walk-in rain shower and vanity unit. One of these bathrooms also has a bathtub. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds and a smart TV. A separate toilet is located on the landing.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a wood-fired hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. A shell path leads to a terrace with a fire pit situated on the waterfront. The terraces face east, allowing you to enjoy the most beautiful sunrises.
Energy-neutral homes. The technical installations are housed in the basement, and a separate room houses the washing machine and dryer. Children's furniture is provided. Free Wi-Fi and additional German channels are available. Charging stations for two electric cars and electric bicycles. The villa is heated and cooled by a heat pump. Underfloor heating and cooling ensure a comfortable temperature in any season. The villa is accessible by stairs.
