This beautiful luxury Wadden house in Paesens features a pleasant garden and 3 bedrooms for 6 people. It is an excellent choice for people who want to enjoy the wide surroundings, beautiful nature and right on the Wadden Sea.
The sea dyke borders the front yard and this makes the location of the house unique! A true Wad'n Fest! The village of Paesens-Moddergat, an authentic twin village with much fishing history, is located right on the UNESCO World Heritage Site The Wadden Sea. Behind the Wadden Sea dike you can walk beautifully, up to a kilometer into the Wadden without getting your feet wet. The Wadloopcentrum is around the corner.
At the end of 2020, this house was completely rebuilt and equipped with all modern and luxurious features. During the renovation the characteristic elements of the house have been preserved and nothing has been changed on the outside. The atmosphere and nostalgia of the past, combined with the conveniences and comforts of today. The house is very sustainable and has its own electric charging point for your car (at local rates). Solar panels, underfloor heating and LED lighting. The house is ready for the future and the kitchen is brand new and has a microwave oven, refrigerator and induction cooktop.
If you arrive you will be welcomed by the very friendly house owner and there is already coffee and tea available with something delicious there. The first necessities of life are already present in the house and on arrival there is a welcome package.
In connection with bed linen, please clearly state the number of guests when booking. Persons over 13 years pay 1,50€ tourist tax p.p.p.n.

Prachtig ingericht en zeer net huisje met tuin en voldoende privacy, Geweldige locatie als uitvalsbasis met de zee op ongeveer 100 m afstand, Rust, ruimte en schone lucht, Zeer enthousiaste host die alles deed om het de gasten naar de zin te maken, Fietsenverhuur om de hoek, Wadloopmogelijkheden in het dorp en je bent snel op de Waddeneilanden, Verder liggen Kollum en Dokkum dichtbij - leuke stadjes voor cultuur of shoppen, Dit totaalpakket maakte het voor ons een geweldige locatie
Spacious and well-maintained! Our group of friends had a wonderful time here, We took advantage of the nearby water sports center and loved spending evenings in the garden, Great place to unwind!
The location was idyllic, right on the Wadden Sea, We enjoyed quiet evenings and beautiful sunrises, The house had everything we needed, and the host was extremely helpful, Perfect for a peaceful retreat
