The various types of detached thatched villas on Waterpark Belterwiede are all on the water. You can moor your boat near the villa. You have the choice of four different variants: a 4-pers. type (NL-7946-06), a 6-pers. type with bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and one toilet (NL-7946-07), the same 6-pers. type, but with 2 toilets (NL-7946-08) and a 6-pers. 115 m2 large villa with a clear view over the Belterwiede (NL-7946-09). All villas are comfortably and luxuriously furnished and have a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. You can park one car at the villa.

Very nice thatched house, located directly on the water with good comfort. The kitchen inventory should be revised. (Missing salad bowl, broken can opener, no deep plates, etc.) The service from the park administration is very good.
Unfortunately, there is only one microwave as a combi device in this accommodation. This means that larger dishes cannot be cooked because only small vessels fit into the device. Since the house is designed for 6 people, it would of course have been nice to cook something bigger. Unfortunately, the electric grill didn't work, which limited us a lot when eating. We missed a hair dryer in the accommodation, if you need one, be sure to take it with you. Unfortunately, the water in front of the terrace is not really suitable for swimming, as there are a lot of water plants etc. there. Overall, this accommodation is okay, but we felt it was a great pity that we couldn't cook what we wanted during our 2 important stay, because that's what you book a holiday home for. The rooms are ok, the size of the house is big enough for 6 people.
Cottage was super cozy and above all complete. everything was there. The only thing we didn't like were the mattresses. These really needed to be replaced.

Arrival fine. House nicely laid out, but not very clean. Strange, because everyone pays € 65 cleaning costs, but there was clearly not vacuumed properly: big dust clouds and scraps of hair from the previous guests under the beds. Was also 1 pair of bed linen from the previous people. Showering upstairs was not an option, it became cold after a few minutes. So from now on everyone showered downstairs. Bedside lamp in a bedroom did not work. Some holidaymakers continued to party (on their terrace) until night. There is clearly no control over this. Nice that there was a washing machine and dishwasher. Cooking utensils good too. Nice garden and cozy ducks. Beautiful surroundings and perfect starting point for many day trips. The negatives are all overcome, but especially cleaning and a check for broken lamps and cold shower should be done as standard.
Arrival a shock. Pictures of the house had nothing in common with the original. View of boat garages, reception and last but not least the bridge over which all cars and pedestrians have to go. Terrace for 6 people much too small. Interior was very good.
