The 6-person lower apartment (NL-1911-05) has a dock with garden furniture, while the two-storey upper apartment (NL-1911-06) has a balcony. You can also opt for a 6-person houseboat (NL-1911-07), with bedrooms below the water line. The semi-detached category includes a 4-person (NL-1911-08) and a 6-person (NL-1911-09) variant. Both have a floor plan of equal size, though the 4-person accommodation has a very spacious living room in place of the ground floor bedroom. The types NL-1911-07, NL-1911-08 and NL-1911-09 have one or more boat docks equipped with garden furniture.

The accommodation and surroundings were very nice. The perfect location for many activities😃The only disturbing thing was the air traffic, every 30 seconds an arriving plane directly above the plant. Otherwise top!
The cottage in the Lake Pearl is fine, but where no mention is made of is that it is just under a aanvlieg (or ascend) lies route from Schiphol Airport, so it's not really quiet there (noise).
We loved the apartment No 93 very much. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Plus points there are for WLAN (incl.), A flat screen TV, gas hobs and sensationally large terrace. Another advantage is its location between the North Sea, Alkmaar and Amsterdam as well as the proximity to the IJsselmeer. There are many interesting day trips you can do from Uitgeest from. The employees of administration / operator, were all very friendly and helpful. It's fun to go on vacation.
Not only the tiptop well-maintained complex and courteous service is incredible. The immediate surroundings, go for walking, cycling, sailing and relax invites. The culture vultures can choose between Amsterdam and Alkmaar. Only silence should not seek one. In the air it's too busy. (Schipol). But who has been sitting all day in the house or on the property.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We had a 4 person house and the rooms there are very spacious. We were particularly impressed the cleanliness of the house and the park and the great atmosphere that one has its terrace right on the water. At the price it was really a great deal.
