The villa can accommodate up to six guests with three bedrooms, each featuring two single box spring beds. The spacious living room includes a sitting and dining area, a television with Chromecast, and a large open-plan kitchen fitted with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, induction stove, coffee machines (filter and capsule), kettle, dishwasher, and a microwave-combi oven. Guests can enjoy an expansive outdoor space with an extra-large covered terrace, BBQ furniture, a lounge set, heaters, sunbeds, and both an outdoor bath and shower with warm and cold water. A panoramic barrel sauna enhances the outdoor experience.
The resort is ideally located near the Maasplassen lakes, offering a wide range of water activities, including swimming, paddling, and e-foiling. The Maasplassen is the largest continuous water recreation area in the Netherlands, and the park is situated right on its shores. Guests can easily access the nearby town of Thorn, known for its white buildings and cobbled streets, just a short walk away across a quaint blue bridge.
The villa's interior is designed for relaxation and convenience. The luxurious bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and a bath in one, along with a separate toilet on each floor. A washer-dryer combination is available in the indoor storage room. The villa is also equipped with family-friendly features such as a safety gate at the top of the stairs and one high chair and baby bed per villa, available by reservation.
