This beautiful apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in an apartment house in the idyllic village of Kleinarl in Salzburgerland. Kleinarl lies at 1014 meters on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The apartment house is only 200 meters from the center.
The furnishings of the apartment are modern, stylish and very well maintained. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed and an open, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The balcony offers a wonderful view. You can use the large communal garden, terrace and lawn with deckchairs. In the apartment house you can use the many facilities, such as the extensive wellness area (800 m2) with a large indoor swimming pool, the sauna (including an alpine sauna, tepidarium, steam cabin based on herbs and salt, sanarium and a special children's sauna), the hot tub and the massage options (at an additional cost).
There is also a bread roll service or you can enjoy the extensive breakfast buffet (for an additional charge).
The Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl - Kleinarl ski area is the ideal ski area for sporty families in Salzburgerland and offers 40 kilometers of pistes with many special pistes and natural freeride routes. In summer, the swimming lake in Reitdorf (Flachau) or the idyllic Jägersee (only 4 km from Kleinarl) offer lots of swimming fun! With the guest card you have free entry to the Wagrain water world every day.

Prachtig appartement met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon, Het wellnesscentrum was een perfecte retraite na een dag skiën
Ik vond de gezellige vibes hier echt leuk, De keuken heeft alles, dus het maken van ontbijt was een fluitje van een cent, Plus, het skigebied is letterlijk om de hoek, Schoon en stijlvol, perfect voor een vriendenuitje, Kan niet wachten om terug te komen!
Een heerlijke retraite in Kleinarl! Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was adembenemend en we genoten van onze ochtendkoffie terwijl we alles in ons opnamen, De wellnessfaciliteiten waren van topniveau en het binnenzwembad was een geweldige manier om te ontspannen
Overall, a nice stay, The apartment had everything we needed, although we would have preferred a bit more variety in the breakfast options, The wellness center was a nice touch, though!
Our stay at the Salzburg apartment was incredible! The wellness center was a highlight for us, especially the sauna and the indoor pool, After a long day of skiing at the nearby Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl, it was so relaxing to unwind in the hot tub, The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed—plenty of space for our family of four, Plus, the view from the balcony was stunning, especially at sunset, We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet
Lage ist der Wahnsinn! Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Zentrum entfernt und der Wellnessbereich ist der Hit, So viele Orte zum Entspannen, und der Garten ist niedlich für Treffen, Würde definitiv für eine entspannende Auszeit mit Freunden oder Familie empfehlen!
