The little ones can enjoy themselves in the spacious garden with trampoline. The older children and adults enjoy a jacuzzi and the luxury of their own bathroom.
This modern and luxurious Villa has everything you need for a fantastic holiday, especially because the North Holland beach is just a few minutes' walk away. In the spring you will stay among the bulb fields and take trips to Alkmaar or Texel

The jacuzzi in the garden is covered, making it easy to use. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This makes the home extremely user-friendly for everyone. The luxurious living room has a cozy fireplace and you can step straight into the spacious garden through the French doors. Underfloor heating in the living room provides a lot of comfort in the home. Dogs are also more than welcome at Villa Lotje. A beautifully landscaped enclosed garden allows your dog to move freely. You can enjoy a lot of privacy in the garden. There is room for two cars in the yard. The spacious shed offers plenty of space for storing your bicycles.
